Our history

It all started in 1994, the year I was born, born in the Parisian suburbs of Argenteuil, I had a very happy childhood there but didn't like classes.

This is why after third grade, I decided to pursue a professional baccalaureate in baking/pastry. Originally I wanted to turn to pastry making and told myself that knowing a little about baking would only bring me more, so in the end at the end of my baccalaureate I would completely turn to the bakery that I found. more interesting.

The Experience

At the age of 19 and wanting to experience an adventure, I went to Australia for a one-year working holiday visa, telling me to work six months in a bakery in Melbourne and six months to travel and discover the country. So I spent four and a half years working in Melbourne because I loved this city and its people so much, I learned a different approach to baking and cooking.

The beginning

Here I am again in France, I stayed a little in Paris to enjoy my family, and with my girlfriend we decided after a while to move to Alençon where life is quieter.
After all these experiences I wanted to carry out my project: combining baking and cooking, what could be better than a pizzeria for that, while respecting my ecological and qualitative values.
